So prospective homebuyers can search for homes in their price range and view photos of properties that meet their criteria. They can also find up-to-date information on current mortgage rates, home-buying aids such as mortgage payment calculators, and links to other helpful real estate sites.

“People are looking to streamline the home search process,” said Scott. “By helping them predetermine what price range they can afford and which properties fit their profile, we can save everyone time and energy. And through our relationship with other Prudential Real Estate sales professionals around the country, homebuyers can view properties in cities where they may be relocating. By linking to an income index, they can even calculate how much they will have to earn in a new city to maintain their current standard of living.”
