Prudential Real Estate Provides Online Consumer Access To Environmental Profiles

IRVINE, Calif. – Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., a Prudential Financial, Inc. [NYSE: PRU] company, today began providing consumers with access to free property environmental profiles on its Web site at Consumers simply key in an address to receive property-specific environmental information to better inform them during their search for real estate. Prudential Real Estate is the first real estate company to offer such information to consumers in the United States.

The profiles, compiled by Environmental Data Resources Inc. (EDR), a national provider of environmental information, cover all of the U.S. markets and provide data obtained from the Environmental Protection Agency and other agencies detailing certain environmental issues that may exist in close proximity to a specific property.
